mm33 Terms & Conditions and Agreements

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mm33 and all players who use the mm33 platform. By registering an account, accessing, or playing on the platform, a player is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

2.3 Password Security

Do not share your account access credentials with any third party. The player is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. If any suspicious access is detected, mm33 must be notified immediately.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

To withdraw from mm33, a minimum balance of 20,000 Ks is required. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. This is mm33's standard processing time, and mm33 is not responsible for additional delays caused by banking issues.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

On your first deposit at mm33, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, a 10x wagering turnover on the bonus amount must be completed.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The 40,000 Ks bonus requires a 10x wagering turnover, so you must wager a total of 400,000 Ks before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

6.2 Games Eligible for Bonus Wagering

The games eligible for bonus wagering and the applicable wagering conditions will be stated at the time the bonus offer is made. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus amount will be forfeited.

6.3 Prevention of Bonus Abuse

If mm33 finds that a player is taking advantage of bonuses in bad faith (for example, playing without depositing their own money just to chase bonuses), mm33 has the right to remove those bonuses. Transferring bonuses to third parties is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Fair Play

mm33 always puts fairness and integrity between players and the platform first. Game results are determined by a dedicated Random Number Generator (RNG) system, so there is no possibility of unfair outcomes.

7.2 Technical Faults

If a game cannot be conclusively settled due to a technical fault or disconnection, mm33 may void that round and refund the player. In such cases, the player must accept mm33's decision.

10.1 Closure by the Player

10.2 Closure by mm33

If a player violates these terms, is involved in fraud, or if there is credible evidence of money laundering activity, mm33 has the right to close the account immediately without prior notice.

10.3 Remaining Balance After Closure

Any remaining balance in an account closed by the player themselves will only be withdrawable once bonus wagering requirements are met and verification is complete. For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, the handling of any remaining balance will depend on the outcome of mm33's investigation.

mm33 is not responsible for players' losses, deposits, or any financial issues arising from their decisions. Since players choose to play of their own free will, responsibility for outcomes lies solely with the player.

• Losses caused by network connectivity issues or faults with the player's own device,
• Losses arising because a player allowed a third party to access their account,
